Welcome to Fine Print Republic. We're the store that puts the fine print in the name — so unlike everyone else, we actually want you to read this. It's short. We promise.

1. Who We Are

Fine Print Republic is a brand of Harbor and Pinnacle Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “the people who made your shirt”). By shopping here, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't order a hoodie and then sue us about it.

2. Our Products

Everything we sell is printed on demand. That means your item doesn't exist until you order it. We think that's kind of poetic. It also means small variations in color, placement, and fit can occur between items and between what your screen shows and what arrives. Screens lie a little. Fabric doesn't.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice (though never on an order you've already placed). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an address in a country we can't ship to. If we cancel, you get a full refund. Simple.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or the wrong size (check the size chart — seriously, it's right there on the product page). But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an item missing, contact us at support@fineprintrepublic.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement at no cost. 5. Intellectual Property

Our designs, logos, brand names (including Fine Print Republic™ and FEDUP™), and site content belong to us. Buying a shirt gives you a shirt. It doesn't give you the right to reproduce, resell, or reprint our designs. You knew that, but the fine print made us say it.

6. Your Conduct

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't try to break it, and don't scrape it. That's the whole rule.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We make excellent apparel; we do not make guarantees about your life improving when you wear it (though we like your odds).

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before anyone lawyers up, contact us — most problems are solved with a replacement shirt and a friendly email. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
